"Carrier unable to provide a rate quote" for Intl orders

Hello,

I encountered this problem last night for the first time ever, and wondering if it could be due to recent USPS changes?  (I ship via USPS)

On the "Ready to Print" page, I am not given a rate if the order is international.  This is true whether I select First Class/Priority/etc, or Package/Flat Merchandise/Flat Document/etc.  Nothing will make a price appear, so thus I cannot purchase postage for these orders. 

There is a red error triangle in the left column where the order is listed; it has the error "Carrier unable to provide a rate quote".

I did not have any problems with my domestic orders.

Has anyone experienced this?  I have no idea what to do!!

Thank you for posting to our forums!

We ran into an issue with international shipments to the UK on Monday but deployed a fix the same day.  I see a shipment to the UK in your Shipment History so I am hoping the issue has been resolved but if not, please provide the order number so we can troubleshoot further.  Thanks!

One of them, it turned out that the address had imported incorrectly. The other one worked when I copied the information into a new order. Thanks.
