We would also be interested in a multi function returns section. Something where we could see when an item is being returned multiple times and repeat customers returning items over and over. The order data and customer data is already there so I would think it could be easy to implement something along those lines. It would be nice that once we processed a return through shipping easy we could then see of all the returns history and data per item and per customer and also be sort able. I think it would make a great add on to the current platform.
