Hi, Sportz Cases,
We would like to get a little more information regarding the shipping process to better understand this request.
- Are the customers still able to place orders on the store when there is no stock available?
- Is inventory being managed on the store platform versus ShippingEasy?
The way we have designed the platform, inventory should be managed within ShippingEasy. We use the Product Catalog as the 'source of truth.'
We are looking forward to getting some further insight!

UPDATE: ShippingEasy retired the Inventory Management subscription in June of 2020. Our Product Catalog stores a comprehensive list of the products you sell and allows you to add your product information to leverage product and SKU details to ship more efficiently. Learn more about our Product Catalog.
At this time, we will no longer be building out Inventory Management features.
Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.
