Bulk edit/remove tags on Contacts menu needs to be wide instead of long

The previous person in charge of uploading our contacts to the database did it incorrectly for THOUSANDS of our contacts. When I attempt to use the "Remove Tags" feature after selecting all contacts, the pop up list of tags to deselect is way too long on the screen and can not be used as there is no way to scroll to the bottom of the list to submit the "de-selections." This has cost me DAYS this week trying to clean up all the erroneous tags.

If you will not allow us to bulk remove contact tags via csv upload, then please make the "Remove Tags" feature easier to use by making the whole list visible or give us the ability to scroll through the whole list presented.
