I can't buy postage. I already changed my card information 3 times and the payment is not going thru. I do have credit on my credit card. I paid shippingeasy for several month, last time I talk with Matthew he said I will get my money back I never got back. Today I called because I have this buy postage issue since Friday Night and once Again Matthew said He could not help me because I'm not a monthly pay customer
