I have balance but I can not pay. I do not know what is happening. I already bought the postage and I can't click Finish and Pay. The money has already been cashed from my account and I received an email confirming the purchase. I really need help knowing how to solve this issue.

Thank you for posting on our community forums! I see that you were able to purchase that label since I see it in your Shipment History. This is due to a bug where if you purchase labels with only the exact amount available in your postage account on the Ready for Payment screen, it won't let you pay for it.
The fix to that is to bring the order to the Ready to Ship page and you should be able to purchase it there.
