Trying to Cancel account

Hi!

I have tried to cancel my account.  I am logged into the account and get the the area where you ask if I am sure I want to cancel and the reason why.  When I answer the questions and hit return, I get the following error:

{"errors":"[API] Invalid API key or access token (unrecognized login or wrong password)"}

 

Please help.
