Hi Development Team, 

Only when an order is sent to ready to ship page is when we can edit and save as residential address. We need to a function to automatically mark address as residential address.

The reason for this:

1. Fedex does not offer discount if we ship the order wrong. Without marking it residential, typically it allows to ship out to Fedex Ground only and we receive no discount on surcharges for package shipped wrong. costing us more than 200 dollar per week.

2. not all address validates, impossible to determine. Manually selecting address residential involves in many clicks and time consuming.
