Up until july 20th i was able to purchase labels through storenvy and within a minute they would be emailed to me to print. The past few days ive bought 4 labels and I haven't recieved an email for any of them. This means I also cannot have them refunded.
I have checked all email folders
I have working debit card info
The transactions went through
I have a disability with capacity issues so I have become reliant printing labels from home.
