Our company uses shipping easy to send large pieces of furniture (one SKU) across multiple boxes since our products are too heavy to ship in one master box. Every single order we process through ShippingEasy will include one (if not more) additional boxes. Our current workflow involves adding multiple additional packages to each order (a very time consuming, manual process, involving 10-20 extra clicks per order). We would love it if ShippingEasy could update their packaging presets and/or Product Catalogue Presets so that each preset has the appropriate number of additional boxes already pre-loaded when selected. This would remove the need to manually add each additional box for every one of our orders.
Example: John Doe orders a Desk from our website. Currently, that is sync'd with ShippingEasy and transferred into the Shipments queue. As of now, it only includes 1 of the 3 boxes needed to construct the full desk. An employee then must go into John's order, select additional packages, and attached the 2nd and 3rd boxes to the order, so that the correct number of labels and boxes are linked to John's order.
Ideally, when John's order is purchased from our site, Shipping Easy sees that he purchased a desk and that specific desk preset is matched with the order in the Orders Tab. When the order transfers to the "Shipments" tab and queue, it already includes the 2nd and 3rd boxes associated with that preset, so 3 labels print and 3 packages are associated with John's order.
