Stores get disconnected from Shippingeasy from time to time, for various reasons. When dealing with multiple stores connections, it can be easy to not notice if a store has lost connection for a day or two, resulting in late shipments. I have had this happen a number of times over the years. It would be great if users could get some sort of automated alert, preferably email, that goes out as soon as a store is disconnected from Shippingeasy.
Absolutely 100%! This is a dealbreaker of using ShippingEasy. My stores have been disconnected countless of times resulted in late orders. EMAIL alerts should be implemented. This is standard for marketplace integrations.
