MFA INSANITY

The continuous MFA prompts are becoming a huge problem.

We prepare shipments using the same profile from several locations.

We use different profiles for different locations with different shipping addresses and different printer configurations, NOT different people.

 

EVERY time we login, we are prompted for a code.

This is unacceptable as the phone or email is not always available at that specific location depending on who prepares the shipment.

We need a way to REMEMBER the login at browser so that a safe login is remembered.

This needs to be fixed.

There is no reason to re-authorize if I just authorized the browser location 5 minutes ago.  Can't you just set a cookie and remember the user and browser???

I have exactly the same issue. The MFA implementation is heavy handed and ridiculous. It costs us time daily and I will leave the platform if it isn't fixed. I can only use two users, and I am one of them, but I hardly ever use the system, my VA in the Phillippines does. It has turned into an all day pain in the butt. This needs to be changed now.

Same issue. Major hassle. Need a "trust this computer" option for a 30-60 day reprieve from needing a code. Our accounting and banking software does it this way.

I contacted support and they don't care.  They told me to post a "feature request"  here and they would condider it in the future,  They just don't care and you cannot get them to care.  This is the most absurd, overbearing security process ever.   We have to get 30 or 40 codes a day!   My bank has a more reasonble policy.  Shipping "Easy" is a joke.
