UPS really really sucks. They deliver incorrect packages, lie about the tracking number of packages delivered and are even "refusing to take packaed and labelled packages form our location(s). 1-2 day delivery only works about 65% of the time, the rest are all significantly late.

I get better performance form USPS.

I dont use Fedex enough to have the volume to negotiate best rates but Stamps.com does. So give us, your customers, OPTIONS, and stop forcing us to use UPS as the only option outside of USPS.
