Editing Shipments after a label has processed

Hi! It would be amazing if we had the ability to edit a shipment after we have paid for a shipping label. Where we go to cancel a shipment, if we could have an edit option there too that would be great. There has been a few times where I finished a customers package and then before I get it to the post office they want to add something else to it. Now I have to go through the hassle of typing out all of the info because never of it ever saves to your system and that just leaves too much room for error, when it doesn’t populate and we type it all out manually. Other times after I’ve paid for the label I then realize and remember it would have been cheaper if I paid PFRE rather than GA shipping or I forget to delete a name and only have one name instead of two in the ship to section. As stated above, when I try to look up customers addresses before typing it all out, they never come up and with all of these addresses in the system they should populate automatically without having to type it all out and then having to save it. Saving it never seems to work either. I still have to type it out. Most addresses should already be there when I’m having to create my own order on the shipping program. They should already be saved.
