Please add the ability to update tracking in paypal

We got a dispute in Paypal today for an older order because Paypal allows people to dispute an order up to 180 days:

USPS only tracks items for 120 days!

So anything that is between 121-180 could come back to bite us in the butt!!!

Paypal told us we should have uploaded the tracking information to the transaction because that us the only way to be protected.

Currently, we would have to do that manually, which is not sustainable.

Please develop a solution using the Paypal add tracking API:

I would be OK with having to do some manual processing (export/import a CSV, etc) if it cannot be fully automated.
