Data for carrier adjustments is too difficult to access.  Reporting on carrier adjustments is crucial because it is impacts shipping cost (current a fairly hidden cost).  This should be a core quality metric for any shipping department.  Is the team using the correct weights and sizes?  Are they making costly mistakes?  Should we be using carriers that have fewer adjustments?  Can we make it easier to find view adjustments so that we can audit them and file appeals to the carriers when we feel that they're mistaken.
