I am surprised this feature has not been implemented. Is it possible to split orders via shipping rules but not combine them?
The feature would allow for increasing LTV and AOV by sending a post-purchase coupon encouraging customers to add to the order. It also will allow for "hold and combine shipping" scenarios.

I realize you can manually do it, but the ask is to set up a shipping rule to automate the process based on certain criteria (similar to how one can set up automation to split orders)
