My international customer gives my items away to kids, there is no re-selling. Shecifically where do I mark the shipping forms for USPS and FedEx to prevent them from charging them import taxes? I understand there is supposed to be a checkbox for PERSONAL USE, but I don't recall seeing this option in either shipper's options.
