It would be immensely helpful if the integration with Squarespace pulled in notes. Either from a customer, or internal notes on an order, I can work with either one.
Some of our clients use Squarespace for their stores, and they include customization requests in every order. Without that info being pulled in automatically, I have to manually copy and paste them myself, which is a huge drain on my time!
I don't want to have to turn off the integration and pull orders in manually, because that means I have to mark them as shipped manually in Squarespace, and that's a time-suck as well!
I know that notes show up in the Squarespace API feed, because when I use PirateShip, that info shows up immediately. I don't want to use PirateShip, but they have this feature that's super helpful.
Please consider implementing this ASAP!
