Not having an end of day form for ups, the ability to integrate with ups WorldShip or the ability to transmit shipments directly to ups, creating origin scans, causes issues with claims. Any of these three options would be a vast improvement as all shipments leaving a location would have origin scans and liability would fall on the UPS for lost packages.
Agreed. Any movement on a solution here? We've had MULTIPLE claims denied because we cannot print an EOD report for origin scans. Drivers don't scan all packages at pickup, especially during busy holidays when we have 50+ packages every day. As we head into the busy holiday time of year a solution here would be super helpful.
