Manage Ship From Addresses in Settings | How To
ShippingEasy allows you to add and manage multiple Ship From addresses that can be configured to print on shipping labels based upon the assigned Store, User, Orders, and Shipping Rules.

User Permissions
To manage Ship From addresses in ShippingEasy, you must be logged in as the Account Owner or a User with access to the SETTINGS screen.
The SHIP FROM ADDRESSES page within ShippingEasy is the place to add and make changes to any address used as the Ship From address during the shipping process.
Access the SHIP FROM ADDRESSES Page

Click the Add Address button to add a new Ship From address. |

The default Ship From address is used for all shipments. The default address can be [overridden per Store, via Shipping Rule(s), per User, or manually]. |

View Ship From address details, edit, or delete an address by hovering over and clicking on the address. The information available when viewing a Ship From address:

Go to the SHIP FROM ADDRESSES settings page.

Click the Add Address button.

Complete the fields on the "Add Address" modal. The below image shows the required fields.
PO Boxes & Scheduled Pickups
When shipping via USPS, you can use a PO Box as your Ship From address. Remember, PO Box addresses cannot be used for scheduling pickups. Learn more about USPS package pickup.

Check the Default Address box if you wish for this address to be used, by default, for all shipments.

Click the Save Address button to save the address.

Go to the SHIP FROM ADDRESSES settings page.

Hover over and click on the address that you wish to edit.

Click the Edit Address button.

Edit the fields that need to be modified. Then, click the Save Address button to save your changes.
Store Settings, Rules, and Users
Ship From addresses that are used in Store Settings, Shipping Rules, or for specific Users cannot be deleted.
First, remove the address from any Store Settings, Rules, or Users. Then, delete the Ship From address.
The Ship From address used to populate Packing Slips is assigned at the store level. Each store integration can be configured to use a separate Ship From address allowing you to brand each store independently.
For example: When multiple platforms are connected to ShippingEasy (such as Amazon, eBay, and BigCommerce) each store can be assigned its' own, unique Ship From address. When packing slips are printed, the correct Ship From address will be automatically applied and printed for each store.
Here is how to verify that the correct Ship From address is assigned to each store integration:
Manual Orders
If you create and ship Manual Orders, be sure to verify that the correct Ship From address is assigned to your Manual Store (included with all ShippingEasy accounts).

Click the Shipping Address drop-down menu and select the correct Ship From address for the store you are editing.

Repeat the above three steps for each store integration.
