Print Documents from a PDF | How To

ShippingEasy provides several options for printing labels, packing slips, and pick lists. You can integrate your printer and send print jobs directly to your printer via ConnectEasy or open your documents in a browser as PDFs and manually create each print job.

Printing documents from a PDF is a great option if you do not have your printer directly integrated with ShippingEasy if you need to save soft copies to your hard drive or like to review your documents before printing. This article will cover how to print from a PDF at various places in the app in two steps:

Configure Your Account to Generate Documents as PDFs

If you need to disable ConnectEasy and print exclusively to PDF, follow these steps:

  1. Set the specific label carriers and/or document types to the PDF (Print a PDF file from your browser) option. These documents will only be printed using in-screen, viewable PDFs.

The printer configuration screen is displayed and the PDF print a pdf file from your browser option is highlighted.
  2. Click the Save button.

Generate a PDF When ConnectEasy is Enabled

ConnectEasy saves a tremendous amount of time by-passing the need to open your labels and other documents as a PDF before printing. However, on occasion, you will find that you need a PDF copy of something that you would normally send directly to print. When that happens, you have a few options:

To generate PDFs as needed, but otherwise, always print hard copies automatically via ConnectEasy

Shipment History menu with the search bar highlighted.
  2. On the far right of the shipment line, expand the Reprint menu by clicking Down arrow.
