Export Pick List to CSV File

Exporting a pick list to a CSV file from ShippingEasy allows you to review and manipulate your data.

An exported pick list has other uses as well. If you utilize an inventory or accounting system outside of ShippingEasy, you can use this export to import order data before the orders have shipped.

Exporting a pick list allows you to:

  • Edit and sort order data: with full control over the order data listed below, you can update or add information according to your needs.

  • Create additional orders to ship from existing orders: adjust the available data and re-import the list into ShippingEasy as additional orders. Learn more about importing orders via CSV!

  • Faster picking and packing: sort the list alphabetically for faster picking during the packing process. An exported list can also be shared with fulfillment workers if you use a third-party warehouse.

Data Included in Pick List Export

The following data is included in a CSV export:

  • Billing Address

  • Warehouse Bin

  • Customer Comments

  • Customer Name

  • Item Name

  • Item Name & Bundle

  • Gift Messages

  • Order Number

  • Order Date

  • Picked Qty

  • Shipping Address

  • Shipping Service

  • Zone

  • City

  • Country

  • State

  • SKU

  • Store

  • Custom Field 1

  • Customer Field 2

  • Custom Field 3

  • Item Price

How to Export a Pick List to a CSV File

To export a Pick List to CSV:

  1. Click SHIPPING from the left side navigation bar and choose ORDERS.

  2. Click More Filters to narrow your filter results.

  3. Select Export Pick List CSV - All Orders from the Pick & Pack menu.

A message will appear confirming the orders are being exported. An email will be delivered to you shortly afterward with a link allowing you to download the pick list in CSV format.

Once you have downloaded the CSV file, you can manually re-upload the orders as often as you need to.
