Mark an Order as Shipped - Drop Ship
If you have orders that are drop shipped or processed by a third party, you can opt to select and mark these as Shipped, add a tracking number, and notify your store/buyer. You can edit individual orders or multiple at a time.
Warning
Orders marked as shipped will count towards your monthly label use. Drop shipped orders will adjust stock levels, by moving stock from committed to shipped.
There are several key benefits to marking your orders as shipped, versus deleting them:
You retain a record of the shipment in your Shipment History.
If you provide a valid tracking number, ShippingEasy will update your store with the shipment information.
Drop shipped orders are included in your shipment Reports.
Prepaid return labels can be created for drop shipments. Learn more about creating prepaid return labels.

Click on the ORDERS tab from anywhere in your account.

Locate the order that has been drop shipped. Click on the Actions menu on the right from the order labeled "Status" and select Mark as Shipped.
Note
Make sure to print any packing slips needed for your drop-shipped orders before marking them as shipped.
It is not possible to print packing slips for orders, once they are marked as shipped.

Enter the item's Tracking Number and select the Carrier in the modal window.
If you do not have a tracking number for the order, you can still check the box to Update order status to 'Shipped' in my store.
Note
Only carriers configured within your ShippingEasy account will be available from the menu. Learn how to add additional carriers.
Select Save and ShippingEasy will transfer the order records to your SHIPMENT HISTORY, as well as update your store if requested.

Select the checkbox next to the corresponding orders.

Click the More button and select Mark as Shipped.
Note
Make sure to print any packing slips needed for your drop-shipped orders before marking them as shipped.
It is not possible to print packing slips for orders, once they are marked as shipped.

Enter the Tracking Number for each order in the modal window.

Choose the correct Carrier from the dropdown box.

Select or un-select the checkbox next to Update order status to 'Shipped' in my store depending on your preference.
Select Save and ShippingEasy will transfer the order records to your SHIPMENT HISTORY, as well as update your store if requested.
