Can I create a return label for an international shipment?

A Ship From address in ShippingEasy must be a US-based address.

Unlike domestic returns, you cannot create a return label for an international shipment in ShippingEasy. The USPS only supports return shipments originating in the US.

Your customer will need to use a local carrier to return a product. We recommend that you clearly state in your return policy that you do not cover the international return postage and that the buyer will be responsible for all associated costs.
