Product Sales Reports

ShippingEasy REPORTS include a number of preconfigured reports. These reports accommodate the reporting needs of most shipping operations. They can also be scheduled to be emailed to you on a recurring basis. Though the columns cannot be edited or rearranged, they make for easy access to your shipping data.

There are three different types of Product Sales Reports:

All Product Sales Report
Unshipped Product Sales Report
Shipped Product Sales Report

The reports are available in REPORTS > SNAPSHOTS in the Product Sales Reports button menu.

View the sections below to see what data is included in each report type. Data in all reports are sorted alpha-numerically by SKU.

Excluded Data

Data may be excluded in the following cases:

No data is reported for shipments that have been duplicated or returned.
If the product does not have data (wholesale price, etc.), the cell will not have information.

All Product Sales

The All Product Sales Report includes data on all shipped and unshipped orders within a specific date range. Data is based on Product SKU. One use case for this report is to calculate revenue per SKU.

Orders include:

Orders synced into ShippingEasy in both Shipped and Unshipped statuses.
Orders marked as drop-shipped in ShippingEasy.
Amazon Fulfillment Network shipments.

The shipment data in the All Product Sales Report include:

SKU
Item Name
Unit Wholesale Price
Order Count (the number of orders shipped containing the specific SKU)
Total Quantity (the total amount of specific SKUs shipped across all orders)
Total Revenue (the total amount of revenue of specific SKUs, not including shipping cost on an order)
Total Wholesale Price
UPC
Category

Unshipped Product Sales

The Unshipped Product Sales Report runs based on SKU. You can use this report to calculate revenue per SKU.

The columns included in this report are:

SKU
Item Name
Unit Wholesale Price
Order Count (the number of orders shipped containing the specific SKU)
Total Quantity (the total amount of specific SKUs shipped across all orders)
Total Revenue (the total amount of revenue of specific SKUs, not including shipping cost on an order)
Total Wholesale Price
UPC

Shipped Product Sales

The Shipped Product Sales Report provides data on all shipments within a specified date range. The date range is based on the date that the label was purchased. One use case for this report is to calculate revenue per SKU.

Shipments include:

Orders shipped with ShippingEasy.
Orders marked as drop-shipped in ShippingEasy.
Amazon Fulfillment Network shipments.

The shipment data in the Shipped Product Sales Report include:

Item Name
Unit Wholesale Price
