Schedule a UPS Pickup | How To
UPS provides the option to request a package pickup for your convenience. How you schedule a pickup depends on the type of UPS account you have within ShippingEasy.
Before You Schedule a UPS Pick Up:

You cannot schedule UPS pickups on the same day as the request.

There is a limit of 30 packages per pickup. More than 30 packages will require scheduling separate pickups.

Pickups will use the Ship From address on the shipment label.
UPS Pickups cannot be scheduled on the same day in ShippingEasy. Advance the package ship date to a future date and schedule the pick up on the same day of the request. Learn how to advance the date of your shipping label.
Scheduling a pickup will incur a fee and be billed depending on the type of UPS account used:

3rd Party Rate - UPS: The pickup fee will be invoiced and billed through your independent UPS account.

UPS One Balance: The pickup fee will be drawn from your One Balance account funds.
Once you have completed your shipments and are ready, you can follow these steps to schedule a pickup:

Select UPS - One Balance Pickup Requests or UPS Pickup Requests under the "End of Day Tasks" button, depending on your account.

Choose the day of your pickup from the drop-down menu.

Select the time frame from the drop-down menu.

Click Schedule Pickup , and you are done!
You can confirm that UPS has received your pickup request by checking the UPS Pickup Request Status using the confirmation number on the SHIPMENT HISTORY page as the PRN.
We are not able to schedule recurring pickups at this time. We hope to enable this functionality soon.
Get your packages to UPS for free by dropping them off at UPS Access Point, The UPS Store, or other nearby locations. Find a drop-off location.
