Change Where to Send One Balance Invoices and Notifications | How To

ShippingEasy One Balance is powered by Stamps.com. If you need to update your contact information and email address for your One Balance account you can do so at Stamps.com.

Update the Contact Information

  1. Click CARRIER FUNDS from the left side navigation.

  2. Locate your One Balance account. Then, click the Payment Method link. A new browser tab will open and take you to your Stamps.com account's Payment Settings page.

  3. Click on your Stamps.com account's username. Then, select Manage Account from the drop-down menu.

    The account menu (typically located at the top left of the Stamps.com account page) is expanded and Manage Account is selected,

  4. Click on Account Settings. Then select Contact Info.

  5. Update your address and email in the corresponding fields.
