Update One Balance Account Password

To update your One Balance for ShippingEasy password, you must access your ShippingEasy account. If you need help resetting your ShippingEasy password, follow our guide on resetting a forgotten password.

UPS One Balance and Stamps.com One Balance

Merchants who have a UPS One Balance Account will need to contact ShippingEasy Customer Service to have their UPS One Balance account reconnected.

If you are experiencing issues with your Stamps.com One Balance account, contact ShippingEasy Customer Service.

If you want to update your One Balance password for security purposes and can access your ShippingEasy account, follow the steps here.

Change my One Balance Account Password in ShippingEasy

  1. Click the Manage Account link for the One Balance account.

  2. Click Reauthorize.

  3. Enter your new password and click Set Password.

    ShippingEasy requires that your new password:

    • Be at least 5 characters long

    • Be no more than 64 characters long

    • Not have been used previously as your account's passphrase

    For additional security, we recommend that your new passphrase:

    • Be at least 10 characters long

    • Contain more than one word

    • Contain at least one uppercase character

    • Contain at least one lowercase character

    • Contain at least one number.
