If you are running into an error when setting up a One Balance account, there are a few things that might correct this:
Temporarily replace the zero "0" with another digit for the purposes of account signup. After creating your account, you can update your "Contact Information" and "Billing Information" with our postage provider.

Use the street address of your post office instead and omit the PO Box. Use the USPS Post Office locator to find the street address.
