Print Pick Lists | How To
ShippingEasy allows you to print your pick lists from various points in the shipping process. You can also create and preview a Pick List whether or not you have printed your labels yet.
Pick Lists can be printed at any point of your workflow:

Before purchasing labels: From the ORDERS page.

After purchasing labels: From the READY TO PRINT or SHIPMENT HISTORY pages.
Expand each section below for step-by-step instructions.
Printing Pick Lists from the ORDERS page allows shippers to start packing shipments before purchasing postage. Up to 10,000 orders can be included on a Pick List.
To print Pick Lists from the ORDERS page before purchasing labels:

Filter the ORDERS page to the set of orders that you wish to include on the Pick List. Learn more about filtering orders.

Select specific orders by checking the box next to each order, or use the checkbox at the top of the list to select all orders on the page.

Expand the Pick & Pack button and select one of the Pick List options:

Print Pick List: Generates a list of selected orders. Orders remain on the ORDERS page.

Print Pick List and Group as Batch: Generates a list of selected orders. Orders are batched together and moved to the READY TO SHIP page.

Print Pick List - All Orders: Generates a list of all filtered orders (multiple pages). Orders remain on the ORDERS page. You do not need to select any orders to use this option.

Pick Lists will be sent to the designated printer via ConnectEasy or to the READY TO PRINT page if ConnectEasy is not configured.

When the ORDERS page is filtered to 1,000 orders or less, the following message is displayed until the job has been processed: Adding # Orders to Pick List...
When the ORDERS page is filtered to a sum between 1,001-2,000 orders, the same message will be displayed and then replaced with the following message:
Building the Pick List will include all # orders. Please note that a larger number of orders require more time. When complete, it will be on Ready to Print.
Printing from the READY TO PRINT page is the best option for creating Pick Lists when you have purchased labels but haven't printed them yet.
To print Pick Lists from the READY TO PRINT page:

Choose whether to print Pick Lists for specific orders or all orders in the Purchased Labels queue:

To print for specific orders: Select the order you want to add to the Pick List. Expand the Print Selected PDF button and select Pick List.

To print for all orders: Expand the Print All button and select Pick List to create and print Pick Lists for all orders in the queue.

The Pick List will be sent to the designated printer via ConnectEasy or to the READY TO PRINT Print Queue if ConnectEasy is not configured.
Printing Pick Lists from SHIPMENT HISTORY is the best option if you have already purchased and printed labels for the orders.
To print Pick Lists from the SHIPMENT HISTORY page:

Select the orders you want to include on your Pick List. You can use filters to narrow down the list of shipments. Learn more about filtering shipments.

Expand the Print Actions button and select Print Pick List.
The Pick List will be sent to the designated printer via ConnectEasy or to the READY TO PRINT Print Queue if ConnectEasy is not configured.
