If you received the error message "We were unable to add insurance to this shipment." when trying purchase labels on the ORDERS page, it may be that your Account Profile or Account Settings is missing information.
To resolve this error, check the following fields:
On your Account Profile:
Click My Profile in the bottom left corner of the app.
Confirm both the first and last name fields have values. If not, enter the information.
On your Account Settings:
Click ACCOUNT DETAILS:
Verify that a value is entered in the phone field. Enter a number if it is empty.
Once you have verified that all of the fields have values entered, try to re-adding insurance to your order.
