New Connections Unavailable for OnTrac with ShippingEasy

As of July 31, 2025, OnTrac with ShippingEasy will not accept new account connections.

If you have already connected an OnTrac account, it is still active and available for use within ShippingEasy. If you need to reconnect an account for troubleshooting purposes, please contact ShippingEasy support.

A service when you send a letter or parcel, in which the person receiving it must sign a document showing that it has arrived.

Signature Confirmation provides shippers with the recipient's name and the delivery date, time, and location; a copy of the recipient's signature will also be faxed, mailed, or e-mailed to you upon request.

Special Considerations for OnTrac

OnTrac only delivers to:

  • California (CA)

  • Arizona (AZ)

  • Nevada (NV)

  • Oregon (OR)

  • Washington (WA)

  • Utah (UT)

  • Colorado (CO)

  • Idaho (ID)

Caution

If you attempt to use OnTrac to ship to an unsupported location you will see the following error message:

“OnTrac only delivers to CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, UT, CO & ID. Choose another carrier for this order.”

Packaging

OnTrac does not have carrier-specific packaging. The following ShippingEasy package selections can be used:

  • Package

  • Custom Package

  • Thick Envelope

The length, width, and height of a package cannot exceed 108 inches or 150 lbs.

Disconnect a Carrier

To disconnect a UPS account from ShippingEasy, follow these steps:

  1. Click CARRIER FUNDS  in the sidebar of the app.

  2. Click Manage Account under the UPS account.

  3. Click the Disconnect button on the Manage Your Account Settings page.

  4. Click Disconnect in the confirmation popup.

The UPS account will no longer appear on the Carrier Funds page of your ShippingEasy account.
