View Only User

I would like to let my sales staff look up packages but not create shipments or change settings.  A "view only" user would be ideal.

Jonathan,

Apologies for the lengthy delay in response to this - Would something like "user permissions" be helpful in this scenario? That way, you could edit a users view or capabilities when necessary.

Hi Jonathan, 

 

I wanted to reach out to let you know that we do now offer per-user permissions in ShippingEasy. We do not yet offer "View Only" access, but there are quite a few restrictions that you can set otherwise. More info here: How to manage per-user permissions in your account

 As we haven't released exactly what you are asking for, I'm going to leave this thread open, but I hope you find these settings useful too!
