Multiple Shipments in ONE email

I often ship an order in multiple packages.  When an order is split, I would like it to only send an email when it's completely shipped which would include ALLthe tracking numbers.

At least you found a way toy split the order - how did you do that?

Hi Jonathan: Sorry for the delay in our response here! Would being able to "Link" packages together be helpful in this? One would be the "Main" package and would have an email associated, and any packages following would not. Or did you have another idea as to how you'd want to see this? Whatever your preference, I will forward that to our developers.

Leo: I also apologize for the delay in response. This is how you would split an order:

Start on the Orders page. From here, if you have multiple items in the order, you will see "Multiple Items" highlighted in blue. To split that order, you will need to click "Multiple Items" and select the products you want to stay together, keeping in mind that the unchecked boxes are what separate/split from the order and the checked boxes stay together. Make sure you take note of the orders that you are splitting so that you do not lose them in your orders page once you've successfully split the order.

After you've made the proper selections, head to the top of the Orders Page and click More >> "Split Orders" button.
This will split the order that you have selected and put the item(s) that you've selected into your orders page.
