There have been a few suggestions throughout the forums for the 'Ready to ship' Window.  Shipping easy recently received a 'Face Lift' but the Ready to Ship window was ignored during this upgrade.

To consolidate the issue (at least as I see them)

1)     The contrast color for the current selection is not bold enough to easily see which order is currently selected.

2)     The Selection list is either too short or too long, causing lots of <NEXT><PREV> action as well as scrolling up & down when looking for an order. 

3)     The Selections in the Selection list should have a fixed size,  perhaps 3 lines.  When looking for a specific order, it is not natural to look through a list that has varying heights and it makes the search harder.

4)     The screen only utilizes the left side of the monitor.  Many times a shipment packaging choice is based on the destination.  If we utilized the unused right side of the screen and automatically showed the full destination address in that area.
