In Shipping Rules, the dropdown related to Requested Service is pre-populated only with Requested services that Shipping Easy has "seen" before, but no option to add new Requested Services. Since I am a new user, that means I have to wait until an order for each Requested Service comes in before I can map it in rules. It would be better if I could set everything up in Rules whether or not I have ever had an order come through my account is properly set up for any order in advance.
