I came from OrderCup, they had a nice feature that helped with invalid addresses. A link to google maps. It would help figure out addresses when you cannot get a hold of a customer. Or maybe add this hyper link by invalid addresses as well:

A lot of times I could figure out a addresses through the google through there google map hyperlink.
