i use amazon fulfillment for most orders, but i also sell customized products which i need to fulfill with shippingeasy. is there a way to only import the orders that fall into my "custom" category? it looks like i can only specify by status but is there a workaround"?

Thanks for reaching out. Currently, there isn't a way to not import only orders that are custom, but it looks like we currently have a ticket going with you involving a workaround so that you can ship only custom orders in ShippingEasy. Just in case anyone else is interested, I'll explain what we've done:
We've created a rule that says "If the item description does not have the word "custom" in it, clear the order." However, we have run into an issue with our Clear Orders rule, which we are working on fixing as we speak. I'll be sure to update this thread when all is resolved.
In the meantime, a great change to that rule so that you can at least see what orders don't need to be fulfilled and even clear them more easily in ShippingEasy is something like "If the item description doesn't have the word "custom" in it, categorize it as _____". You can correlate any color to that category. So, if for instance, red means the order doesn't need to be fulfilled, you can easily clear all red orders more quickly. Thanks!
