Support for Mobile Devices

I recently switched to using a IPad pro for my business - when I tried to do online chat with you the pop up wouldn't work. I would love to see your site fully optimized for complete mobile use

This is an excellent idea! I've proposed this to our Product Team for consideration. Additionally, I realize your request may be different from this request (your request is for optimization for browser use I believe, while this request is for a mobile downloadable app), but feel free to post here, too if you think this is another way you'd like to use ShippingEasy: Mobile App
