Sometimes we need to contact a customer before we can ship an order, for example the address doesn't validate and we can't guess a minor edit to fix that. If we could sent a contact request to the customer right from the orders page it would be helpful rather than having to go to the integration web site, find the order, then send the information request.

Thank you very much for your feedback! We are investigating adding on similar features as we begin to develop inventory management within ShippingEasy. We can certainly understand it would cut down on the hassle of reaching out to customer.
