Please add Fedex Ground to Canada -pretty please-

ShippingEasy Update: This is a duplicate. Please see this alternate thread.

This function really is overdue, especially with the pending Canadian Postal strike.  Rates are comparable or less than USPS Priority to Canada, packages arrive to customers much faster, and tracking is better, so this is really a better shipping alternative, but when we have to go to the Fedex site to complete this, it takes way too much time per order.
