Allow more than 30-40 Shipping Rules to be created

By default ShippingEasy only allows 30 Shipping Rules, max. By calling support they were able to increase this to 40 rules, but said they can't go higher than that. I need more rules! :-)

The main reason I use ShippingEasy is to allow for as much automation of the label creation process as possible, and with the complexity of items and packages I'm shipping, 40 rules just isn't enough to cover everything. Please let me have more rules!

I also need WAAAAAY more rules. If Shipping easy automatically selected boxes for us based on dimensions, then I wouldn't need nearly as many. would love to see both features enabled.
