I was told connecteasy would pick it up but it doesn't see this scale

Hello Shawn - The newest version of ConnectEasy will allow you to integrate Mettler Toledo scales. Have you had a chance to install the latest version - v4.3.0? This is available within ShippingEasy if you go to SETTINGS >> CONNECTEASY.
