A few days ago we discovered two orders where we printed the shipping easy label, but never shipped the package. By going to the tracking link to USPS.com we were able to see that a shipping label had been created, but not yet accepted by the facility.
It would be great to have a tracking status dashboard of all of our shipments that reflect what is displayed on USPS.
