We could use a shipping rule to automate what box an order goes in to.
Hi Carrol - Good news! We have the tools you need to automate which box is assigned to an order. Setting it up requires putting a few pieces together:
- Save a custom package: _ learn more here_
- Create a Saved Selection that assigns the custom package, along with the carrier and service: learn more here
- Add a Shipping Rule with a THEN action that assigns the Saved Selection (and package) whenever specific criteria are met: _ learn more here_
