A way to "always" apply confirmations (signature, delivery, etc.)

Great news! We have a new rule that allows you to automatically assign different types of confirmations:

  • Restricted Delivery
  • Adult Signature
  • Delivery Confirmation
  • 10:30 AM Delivery
  • Verbal Confirmation
  • Direct Signature
  • Indirect Signature

NOTE: You must specify a carrier/service combination that supports the selected confirmation option.

For example, specifying Indirect Signature for an order that is being shipped USPS Media Mail is not going to work because that service does not support that confirmation option. If you are also setting a saved carrier selection via a shipping rule, you will need to put the rule the rule for the confirmation option after the rule for the saved carrier selection.

You can organize your rules' hierarchy by going to Settings > Shipping Rules. If you have multiple rules, you can use the arrow buttons next to each rule to move them up or down.
