Live/Real-time Updates instead of Read-Only

Good news, everyone!
We are now starting this process. You can now get updates within ShippingEasy to changes made from within your store on the addresses and statuses. Currently, the stores that allow this are: BigCommerce, Magento, Volusion, and Amazon.
Please note: Magento does have an API limitation with this. Solely updating the recipient information is not enough to cause Magento to indicate that the order has changed. As such, we don’t get the new address data. There is a work-around in addition to changing the recipient data, if you add a comment to the order in the Magento, then Magento will make the order available to ShippingEasy with the new information.
We hope to add more stores to this feature soon.

You can get these updates in one of two ways:
1) Sync with Store
2) It will update with the scheduled automatic sync
