Is this feature in the pipeline at all?  Right now, there is no way to differentiate between Original Shipment, Duplicate Shipment, and Return Shipment... a major issue for us!!!

We do have an update to this request: you are now able to use the "return" column on the Reports tab to see if a prepaid return label has been generated! You can view this under the "Show/ Hide Columns" and generate a custom report.

However, does this show whether or not this specific instance is the return or only if there is a return label associated with that order?  

Will there be a follow up with a "duplicate label" tag as well?

Thanks for your questions!  On Return Labels:

It will show as "true" if it is a return label at all. If it is not a return label, then it will read as "false." 


We are considering a duplicate column but we are continuing to monitor additional requests. If there are any updates, we will post it here.
