More Flexible and Abundant Search Options (all pages) [In Progress]

If you would like to see any of the following, please "follow" and vote on this thread:

  • When searching, allow spaces anywhere.
  • Search by first name, last name, full name, and include middle initial if offered.
  • Allow searches with or without prefix/suffix/hyphens.
  • Be able to search the Ready to Ship page like you can on the Orders page.
  • Search and filter by specific dates.

Any other suggestions specific to searching options are welcomed!

Good news - you can now filter the Orders page by specific date ranges! We are so glad that we were able to implement this feature for all of our shippers who are interested. Please keep those requests coming!

Great news everyone!

We have added more search functionality to our Global Search Bar. You can now search by first name, last name, or full name. You can also search by alternate order IDs/numbers and recipient email! We're so happy to finally have this out just in time for the busy holiday season - we hope you are too!
